Have you always wanted to share your personal advocacy through storytelling and video content creation? This is the moment you’ve been waiting for!

Join the #CanonReelStoriesPH support local campaign which aims to generate awareness on different unique advocacy stories of video makers and serious content creators.

Get a chance to experience the newest Canon cameras and lenses which you can use when you film and shoot your different support local advocacy stories. Winners will have a video shooting and production cash assistance of up to Php 120,000.00 which will be equally divided to all the winners and will serve as their shooting and movement logistics allowance.

Qualified to join:

All Professional videographers, non-professional videographers residing in the Philippines
18 years old and above

2. How to join:

Visit https://ph.canon/en/consumer/event/ReelStories/detail to register.
Click Register and Proceed.
Fill in the information needed.

Salutation, Name, Email Address, Phone number, Complete Address

Write a short description of your chosen advocacy. Provide a link to your sample videography work related or non-related to your advocacy (E.g. uploaded video in your YT channel, website, IG TV/Reel, Tiktok).

Click Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Click Submit. Registration Successful!

Participant will receive a confirmation message via email.

3. Submission period is from Feb 18 – 28, 2023. Deadline of submission is on Feb 28, 11:59PM.

4. Participant can only join once.

5. Determination of winners is on March 14, 2023 in the presence of a DTI representative.

6. CRITERIA FOR JUDGING:

40% - CREATIVITY, SKILLS, AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS (Story telling process and expertise. Visual and beauty at a glance and appreciation. Capability to produce output within campaign timeline.)
30% - IMPACT (Attract and capture attention. Positive community influence)
30% - ADHERENCE TO THE THEME (Relativity and relevance of the chosen advocacy)
TOTAL - 100%

In the event of a tie, an additional “tie-breaking” judge will determine the applicable winner or finalists from among those tied using the Criteria.

7. One (1) winner and Three (3) finalists will be selected. They will be tasked to shoot a 10 min. video of their chosen advocacy using the latest Canon cameras to be shown during the awarding ceremony.

8. Briefing of the winners will be held at Canon Marketing Philippines, Inc. head office at 7F CIP Building, McKinley Hill Taguig City.

9. PRIZES

One (1) Grand Winner will receive a video shooting and production cash assistance of P30,000, 1-year product loan of One (1) Canon camera and One (1) Canon lens worth P100,000, and FREE content creator membership package worth P25,000.
Three (3) Finalists will receive a video shooting and production cash assistance of P30,000 each, 1-year product loan of One (1) Canon camera and One (1) Canon lens worth P60,000, and FREE content creator membership package worth P25,000.

Redemption of prizes is until 60 days from receipt of notification otherwise, prizes will be forfeited in favor of Canon with prior DTI approval.

10. Claiming of prizes will be at Canon Marketing Philippines, Inc. Head Office located at 7F CIP Building, McKinley Hill, Taguig City.

11. Canon Marketing (Philippines) representatives will verify the details of the winners.Winners will be posted on Canon Social Media and Canon website. And will be notified thru email, registered mail and phone call.

12. All prize taxes shall be shouldered by Canon Marketing Philippines. Employees of Canon and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
