Cause and Solution
The printer is not specified as the default printer.
Specify the printer as the default printer.
The printer driver is not installed properly.
Perform the following procedure.
1. Perform Network Status Print.
- If printed: The printer driver is installed properly.
- If not printed: Proceed to the following procedure.
2. Uninstall the printer driver.
3. Install the printer driver again.
The TCP/IP protocol is not running.
Make sure that the TCP/IP protocol is running.
The users who can print are restricted.
Confirm the setting of [Restrict TCP/IP Printing] in [IP Address Range Settings] in the Remote UI.
