The following are probable causes when unevenness appears on the printout results. Follow the described instructions.

Cause 1:

There is a possibility that the drum cartridge has been deteriorated.

Remedy:

See "When Any Print Defect Appears" in User's Guide (PDF manual) in the CD-ROM supplied with the printer and follow the described instructions.

Cause 2:

There is a possibility that paper is too moist or too dry since the paper has been stored in unsuitable condition.

Remedy:

Replace the paper with appropriate one and print again.
