Canon Launches New imagePROGRAF TC-21M, a Large Format Printer with Scanning Capabilities - Canon Philippines

PHILIPPINES – Canon today announced the new imagePROGRAF TC-21M, an all-in-one A1+ desktop large format printer. Equipped with a wide range of copy functions, users can now scan various items such as flyers, handwritten manuscripts, and thick booklets, enabling them to create creative materials readily. The possibilities are endless as various materials including restaurant menus, teaching materials, and promotional posters for travel agencies can be created by users effortlessly.

Enhanced Copy Functions for Versatility

The imagePROGRAF TC-21M is ideal for users who want to create new and creative materials easily. With the printer’s flatbed scanner, users can enlarge their A4-sized originals into A2 or A1 or full width of 24-inch sizes. Additional enhanced features include the “Split and Enlarge Copy” which turns A4 documents into A0 posters, “Repeat Copy” that duplicates and reproduces an original document onto a new media and “Layout Copy” that replicates multiple scanned images on a roll paper, making it convenient for users.

Wide Range of Media Sizes

The versatile imagePROGRAF TC-21M comes with an Auto Sheet Feeder unit that can print different paper sizes like A3 and A4 papers, postcards, envelopes, medicine bags, and labels. The printer can also adapt and print the same content in different sizes, such as an A1 CAD drawing for customers to review, or an A6 or postcard-sized flyer for a table placement in restaurant.

User-Friendly Tiltable Operation Panel

Operations relating to paper setting and ink refilling can be done at the front of the imagePROGRAF TC-21M, thus reducing the space required for installation. Even if the printer is installed on a lower shelf, the tiltable operation panel can be adjusted to the user’s preferred angle, ensuring ease of use, better screen visibility and readability.

Environmentally Friendly Product

To reduce the environmental impact, the imagePROGRAF TC-21M is designed with approximately 5% recycled steel and approximately 40% recycled resin in its hardware. Additionally, the product packaging is made from recyclable cardboard instead of expanded polystyrene. EPEAT, an internationally renowned eco-label established by the non-profit organization, Global Electronics Council, for electronic products, has also recognized the imagePROGRAF TC-21M as an EPEAT Gold product.
