Yciar Castillo is a Professional Makeup Artist with 12 years experience under her belt. She apprenticed with one of the country’s leading makeup artists, Jigs Maguya for 2 years, and continued developing her skill by working on freelance projects such as shoots for magazines, advertising, and film. She is currently the Laura Mercier Philippines Training Manager where her duties are to train local artists as well as attend seminars and workshops with Global Artists.
