Total Guarantee Service
What is Total Guarantee (TG) Service?
It is a service agreement offered by Canon to existing multi-function device (MFD) users who avail repair services and procure consumables. TG Service can provide customers with after-sales service and support on “pay per click” terms.

Are all the machines convertible to TG?
Current models from Canon Marketing (Philippines), Inc. may be converted.
For outdated models, offers are available to update the machine into a current model.
What are the requirements to enroll into a TG service?
Please provide the following:
- Sales Invoice (photocopy/ softcopy)
- TG Enrolment Form
- BIR 2303
- Business Permit
- Other documents may be required to apply payment terms
