Solution
Initially, the FUNC./SET button and some others are disabled to prevent mistakes as you learn how to use the camera (Easy Auto).
Follow the steps below to disable Easy Auto activation at startup.
IMPORTANT
The procedure is shown on an IXUS 185 for the purposes of explanation. The position and shape of the operation buttons, screen displayed, and setting items may differ according to the model you use.
1. Press the power button to turn the camera on.
2. Press and hold the [ 
] button to display the setting screen. Press the [

] buttons to choose [Yes], and then press the [
