Our Customer Care Centers in Taguig, Cebu, and Davao are open. Their operating hours are 8:30AM - 4:30PM. As a safety precaution, please wear a face mask, face shield, and sanitize your hands before entering the center.

Others

In January 2020, Canon donated an X-ray CT diagnosis system to the City of Wuhan, China so medical professionals can perform clinical tests for emphysema caused by the COVID-19. In addition, Canon will provide needed parts and maintenance to hospitals throughout China that use the company's medical devices.  Please refer here for more information.

In February, Canon Medical Systems Corporation started the development of a rapid genetic testing system for the COVID-19, cutting down testing time from days to minutes.

In May, Canon Inc. joined the COVID-19 Countermeasure Declaration as a founding member. It will not enforce its intellectual property rights against activities whose purpose is stopping the spread of COVID-19. More information is available here.

In line with recommendations from relevant authorities such as the World Health Organization, physical distancing and stringent sanitary protocols have been implemented. Staff have also been oriented on practices to minimize contact and possible infection, and 50% of the staff population are working remotely to decrease congestion in the premises.


Should an individual exhibit symptoms, a holding room has been identified to safely isolate the person until medical assistance becomes available.
