I have a camera / printer / lens for repair, is the Customer Care Center in Taguig / Cebu / Davao open?

Unfortunately, our Customer Care Centers’ operations are temporarily unavailable in compliance with the Enhanced Community Quarantine.

I have a multifunction device/ copier for repair, what can I do?

While we cannot send service personnel for parts and consumables at the moment due to Enhanced Community Quarantine, we may be able to help you remotely.

My camera / printer is in your Customer Care Center...

All products forwarded to the Customer Care Center for repair are being safe-kept in the center. Service and repair operations will resume upon the end of the Enhanced Community Quarantine.

I’m a Canon Professional Services (CPS) member. I need to have something repaired / to borrow a unit. Are CPS services available?

We do apologize but on-site services are temporarily available while we comply with the Enhanced Community Quarantine.

You may contact a dedicated hotline (0917 5698763.) for technical support and future loan / service unit reservations between Mondays-Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.  We will serve requests upon resumption of regular operations, currently slated on April 14, 2020.

I’m not from Luzon. Are your other Customer Care Centers or Authorized Service Centers operational?

Our Customer Care Centers and Authorized Service Centers in Visayas and Mindanao are also observing Enhanced Community Quarantine.

No. VST-ECS is currently closed in compliance with the Enhanced Community Quarantine. Regular operations are expected to resume April 14, 2020.

Is Canon doing anything to help the COVID-19 pandemic?

In January 2020, Canon donated an X-ray CT diagnosis system to the City of Wuhan, China so medical professionals can perform clinical tests for emphysema caused by the COVID-19. In addition, Canon will provide needed parts and maintenance to hospitals throughout China that use the company's medical devices.  Please refer here for more information.
