For outdated models, offers are available to update the machine into a current model.

- Other documents may be required to apply payment terms

Savings can reach up to 52% depending on the unit. The higher the machine model, the bigger the savings.
No, a warranty is given to newly purchased machines for a limited time. TG, on the other hand, can be offered to old machines as long as it is still serviceable and spare parts are still available. The TG period is at least one year, depending on service evaluation/recommendation.
TG clients are entitled to corrective and preventive maintenance visits, consumable/toner supply, and part replacement. Paper supply and repairing any physical damage on the machine are excluded.
