    Issue

    You may unable to scan after recovering from sleep or hibernation mode.
    You may unable to scan after recovering from sleep or hibernation mode.

    Cause and Solution

    Disconnect the AC adapter and USB cable from the scanner. Then connect the scanner to the computer again and check if it works properly.
    CAUTION
    If ScanGear (scanner driver) is already started, close it.
