Registering/Editing/Deleting One-Touch Speed Dialing Keys

Solution
1. Press [Menu].
2. Press [<-] or [+>] to select <ADDRESS BOOK SET.>, then press [OK].
3. Press [<-] or [+>] to select <1-TOUCH SPD DIAL>, then press [OK].
4. Press [<-] or [+>] to select a one-touch speed dialing key (01 to 15) to which you want to assign the fax/telephone numbers, then press [OK].
You can also select a one-touch speed dialing key by pressing the corresponding one-touch speed dialing key.
5. Enter the recipient name (max. 20 characters, including spaces) with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
If you do not want to register the recipient name, press [OK] again to proceed to the next.
6. Enter the fax/telephone number you register (max. 50 digits, including spaces and pauses) with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
Press [Redial/Pause] to enter a pause. For details, see Dial an Overseas Number (With Pauses)
7. Press [<-] or [+>] to select <ON>, then press [OK].
If no subaddress or password is required, press [<-] or [+>] to select <OFF>, then press [OK]. And press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.
8. Enter the subaddress number you want to use (max. 20 digits) with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
If you want to attach a subaddress to your send job, make sure that the recipient’s fax machine supports ITU-T standard subaddresses.
9. Enter the password you want to use (max. 20 digits) with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
10. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.

5. Press [+>] repeatedly to go to the character you want to change, then press [Clear].
To delete the entire entry, press and hold [Clear].
6. Enter a new character with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
7. Press [+>] repeatedly to go to the wrong digit, then press [Clear] to delete it.
To delete the entire entry, press and hold [Clear].
8. Enter a new number with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
9. If you want to change or enter the subaddress, press [<-] or [+>] to select <ON>, then press [OK].
If no subaddress is required, skip to step14.
10. Press [+>] repeatedly to go to the digit you want to change, then press [Clear] to delete it.
11. Enter a new subaddress with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
12. Press [+>] repeatedly to go to the digit you want to change, then press [Clear] to delete it.
13. Enter a new password with the numeric keys, then press [OK].
14. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.

You can also select a one-touch speed dialing key or coded speed dialing code by pressing the corresponding one-touch speed dialing key.
5. Press [OK].
6. Press and hold [Clear] to delete the entire entry, then press [OK].
If you delete the fax number, the registered name is cleared automatically.
