    Issue

    <LOAD PAPER> is displayed on the LCD.
    <LOAD PAPER> is displayed on the LCD.

    Cause and Solution

    No paper is loaded in the paper cassette or multi-purpose tray when copying or printing documents and printing a received document.
    Load paper correctly. Then press [OK] when using the paper cassette.

    The paper size is not appropriate for printing a report or list even if paper is loaded.
    For report or list, set the paper size to, <A4>, <OFICIO>, <BRAZIL-OFICIO>, <MEXICO-OFICIO>, <FOLIO>, <GOVERNMENT-LETTER>, <GOVERNMENT-LEGAL>, <FOOLSCAP>, <LTR>, or <LGR>, and then load paper of the same size.
