    Storing/Editing Destinations in Group Dial (MF4380dn/MF4370dn/MF4350d/MF4340d Only)

    Solution

    Registering a Group

    NOTE
    Destinations to be registered in a group must be registered in One-touch keys or coded dial codes beforehand.

    1. Press [Menu].

    2. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <ADDRESS BOOK SET.>, then press [OK].

    3. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <GROUP DIAL>, then press [OK].

    4. Press [ ] or [ ] to select an empty One-touch key that you want to set as a group, then press [OK].

    You can also select a One-touch key by pressing the corresponding One-touch key.

    5. Enter the group name (up to 20 letters, including spaces) with - [numeric keys], then press [OK].

    6. Select the destinations you want to register in the group (up to 50 destinations) until all destinations are registered, then press [OK].

    • To enter a recipient stored under a One-touch key, press the desired One-touch key.
    • To enter a recipient stored under a coded dial code, press [Coded Dial], then enter the two-digit code with - [numeric keys]. For multiple entries, press [Coded Dial] between each entry.

    To register another group, repeat the procedure from step 4.

    NOTE
    Press [ ] or [ ] to review the destinations which have been already entered.

    7. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.

    Adding New Destination to Group

    1. Press [Menu].

    2. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <ADDRESS BOOK SET.>, then press [OK].

    3. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <GROUP DIAL>, then press [OK].

    4. Press [ ] or [ ] to select a group to edit, then press [OK].

    You can specify a group to edit by pressing the corresponding One-touch key.

    5. Press [OK].

    6. Select the destination you want to add to the group, then press [OK].

    7. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.

    Deleting Destination from Group

    1. Press [Menu].

    2. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <ADDRESS BOOK SET.>, then press [OK].

    3. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <GROUP DIAL>, then press [OK].

    4. Press [ ] or [ ] to select a group to edit, then press [OK].

    You can specify a group to edit by pressing the corresponding One-touch key.

    5. Press [OK].

    6. Press [ ] or [ ] to display the recipient you want to delete from the group, then press [Clear].

    Repeat this step if you want to delete another recipient.

    7. Press [OK].

    8. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.

    Changing Group Name

    1. Press [Menu].

    2. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <ADDRESS BOOK SET.>, then press [OK].

    3. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <GROUP DIAL>, then press [OK].

    4. Press [ ] or [ ] to select a group to edit, then press [OK].

    You can specify a group to edit by pressing the corresponding One-touch key.

    5. Press [ ] repeatedly to go to the character you want to change, then press [Clear].

    To delete the entire name, press and hold [Clear].

    6. Enter a new character with - [numeric keys], then press [OK].

    7. Press [OK].

    8. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.

    Deleting Group

    1. Press [Menu].

    2. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <ADDRESS BOOK SET.>, then press [OK].

    3. Press [ ] or [ ] to select <GROUP DIAL>, then press [OK].

    4. Press [ ] or [ ] to select a group to delete, then press [OK].

    You can specify a group to delete by pressing the corresponding One-touch key.

    5. Press [OK].

    6. Press [Clear] repeatedly until all recipients are deleted, then press [OK].

    NOTE
    When you delete all destinations, the registered name is cleared automatically.

    7. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.
