    The fixing roller inside the printer is dirty.
    Clean the fixing roller. [Cleaning the Inside of the Printer]
    IMPORTANT
    Cleaning the fixing roller
    • The cleaning process takes approximately 80 seconds to complete.
    • The cleaning process cannot be canceled.
