    Cause and Solution

    The USB cable is not connected properly.
    Make sure that the printer and computer are properly connected with the USB cable. [If You Want to Connect the Printer and Computer with a USB Cable]

    An inappropriate USB cable is being used.
    Use a USB cable with the following symbol.
