Unable to Complete Wireless Network Setup (Mac)
Solution
1. If you are unable to proceed past the "Access Points" screen during wireless setup because the required Network Key is not known (see section outlined in red in the screenshot below), you may be able to retrieve the information using the Canon PIXMA Wireless Setup Assistant.
NOTE
The Wireless Setup Assistant is supported on the following operating systems only:
- Mac OS X 10.4 or later
2. To obtain the Canon PIXMA Wireless Setup Assistant and detailed installation instructions:
- Select Canon PIXMA Wireless Setup Assistant in the download site to download it. Please note that this software has only the English version.
