Solution
If you are shooting subjects that are difficult to autofocus, or if you want to achieve precise focus on the magnified Live View image, you can use the MF (manual focus) mode to focus manually.
1. Set the power switch to < ON >.
2. Set the lens focus mode switch to < MF >.
3. Focus by turning the lens focusing ring until the subject looks sharp in the viewfinder.
NOTE
If you press the shutter button halfway during manual focusing, the AF point which achieved focus will be displayed and the focus confirmation light [ 
] will light in the viewfinder.
