    The following are probable causes when the message <9F CHECK TONER> appears in the display on the control panel. Follow the described instructions.

    Cause and Solution

    Cause:
    There is a possibility that a toner cartridge whose life has once reached the end is installed.
    Remedy 1:
    Check if there is any problem with the toner cartridge.
    Remedy 2:
    If <9F CHECK TONER> appears and there is a problem with the print quality even after applying the Remedy 1, remove the toner cartridge and replace it with a new one.
